Shadowloo Showdown is over! Team Mad Catz put on an amazing performance throughout the weekend! Always Godlike and Western Wolves did a great job representing the team and showing their strength in the international fighting game scene! Mad Catz had 12 individual top 8 placings out of all the tournaments throughout the weekend! In the process, the team ended up taking 2 championship titles thanks to Always Godlike’s MarlinPie in Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3 and the world warrior from Japan, Tokido in SOULCALIBUR V!
Also, lots of love go out to the rest of the Mad Catz family that participated in the event! Western Wolves’ Ryan ‘Prodigal Son’ Hart, Andreas, and F-Word did a great job throughout the weekend! F-Word did some damage in the Japan VS. The World exhibition and placed in the top 16 for Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition event, alongside his teammate Andreas.
Multiple fighting game masters: Ryan Hart and Tokido qualified in top 8 for multiple games! Ryan Hart represented in the top 8 for FIVE different games. Ryan beasted throughout the competition and earned a top 8 spot in each of the following games:
