Q: If I have a problem, should I return my product to retailer or place of purchase?
A: NO, do not return the product to the store/online retailer. The stores and online retailers do not have the on-hand inventory to exchange the product. Furthermore, they cannot repair or service the FightPad, Arcade FightSticks, Tournament Edition FightStick. Your best option is to contact Mad Catz customer support.
