Q: I am attempting to play a racing title using the Xbox 360 MC2 Racing Wheel ( Item # 4720) and there seems to be a dead zone when I turn the wheel. Is there anything that can be done to correct this?
A: If the game you are playing if fully compatible with the MC2 wheel, you should not experience an issue with a dead zone. If you do encounter that problem, it is probably because you need to upgrade the firmware inside your 360. This can be accomplished by connecting your 360 to Xbox Live. If there are any critical updates, they will be available for you to download once you login to your Xbox Live account.

If you do not have Xbox Live connectivity, contact Microsoft to see what your options are.
