The Eurogamer Expo 2012 opened its doors this morning to an enthusiastic crowd. The show is back this year, significantly bigger than last year and packing more AAA releases into the London gaming festival which traditionally gives gaming fans their Christmas wish list on a plate.

This is the back of Ty Walton's head at Eurogamer Expo 2012.Upon entering the hall, you are immediately greeted with the Samsung booth where they are running qualifiers for the World Cyber Games to be held later this year in China. Our Mad Catz FIFA player, Ty Walton easily qualified for the finals and spent the afternoon honing his skills on a steady stream of unsuspecting noobs.

The talk of the show was, of course, Halo 4. The queues were evidence enough of the popularity of the latest title from 343 Industries. With over 50 gaming stations cycling visitors, the studio provided a great platform to prepare for launch.

Other hotly anticipated titles included Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Far Cry 3, Assassins Creed III, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Gears Of War Judgment, and Crysis 3. In fact, too many to mention, and visitors were given ample opportunity to sample TRITTON headsets and Mad Catz controllers, with our products equipping over 200 gaming stations.

On the main gaming stage, tournaments were running for TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition ver. 2012, and F1 2012, again with a host of Mad Catz and TRITTON goodies to be won – with Mad Catz and Western Wolves’ Ryan “Prodigal Son” Hart helping to host the challenges.
