Part of the fun to be had at Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA, is that announcements typically reserved for the press, or at industry-only functions, are made in front of those that are the most devoted and passionate, the fans. That was exactly what happened when Microsoft and 343 Studios announced a special range of Halo 4-themed items to help commemorate the launch of this landmark game! From the limited edition Halo 4 Xbox 360 console and controller to the exclusive Trigger and Warhead 7.1 headsets, fans of the series will be able to outfit themselves in the latest and greatest from Microsoft and TRITTON.

Check out our gallery of the Halo 4 event that took place at the Hard Rock Hotel, right across the street from the San Diego Convention Center and Comic-Con 2012:

I will be buying the warheads, but definitely waiting for the halo 4 ones!

  • jeff

its to bad that the warheads are gona cost like $300, i wanted a set, now i am gona have to stick with the cheaper trigger version of the halo 4 headest. $300 is like price gouging. The halo 4 console is only $100 and you get much more for your money. I will stick with paying $50-60 on the halo 4 trigger edition headset and get the console. For a $150 i could go to walmart and get a surround sound system for my man cave. Forget the warhead

the halo 4 console is $400, only 100 more then the tritton warhead

Yeah, not sure where you got the $100 price… The price of the Halo 4: Limited Edition game is $99, but the Halo 4 “Limited Edition” console is $399
