Important: Unsupported Products
As of May 2002, the following Mad Catz products will no longer be supported (click here for list). If you have one of these products, you may still browse this Support Section or contact our Tech Support for any tips or answers you may be looking for on a particular product. However, we will not be able to provide any replacements for these products. All other products made by Mad Catz will have complete support.

Known Issues
Keep up to date with any known issues with our products. You can find any temporary fixes that we can provide you with, until there is a permanent fix for the issue. View known issues.

Check the Manual
Make sure that you've checked the manual. If you don't have it handy, you can download manuals from the Mad Catz web site, in multiple languages (if available).

Read the FAQs
Read the Frequently Asked Questions for your console or product. Chances are that you're not the first person to ask a question; sometimes FAQs can be the fastest way to get back to playing, and will reduce the time it takes for you to receive Technical Support with issues not listed.
