Donation Request Form

At Mad Catz we have a history of corporate citizenship and take pride in the support of charitable organizations. As we receive many requests, we require information from all organizations, as we evaluate every inquiry we receive.

Guidelines

We support many organizations that benefit children, needy families, education, and other areas in times of disaster. We do not provide donations to individuals, corporate requests for non-profit charity events, religious organizations, sporting events, and parties.

If your request meets our giving guidelines, fill out the online form below making sure that all questions are answered. Incomplete requests with missing criteria will not be considered. Donation requests that meet our guidelines may be denied based on funding/product availability.

If this request is for a contest giveaway, please provide those details below when describing your organization’s mission.
All donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date needed.
If your request is approved, we’ll contact you via email within 21 days.
